Adero I Residence

Conditions, Decisions, and Value

The Adero I is a study in the traditional American Colonial home — built with Lone Oak Custom Homes on a wooded acreage lot in Edmond. The plan follows the spatial logic of those houses: a symmetrical front, a centered entry, and rooms arranged in an ordered sequence off the central axis, so the home unfolds the way a Colonial does — formally at first, then more freely as you move deeper. The language is updated rather than imitated: brick and stucco under a single arched gable, steel windows in place of divided lites, and a two-story living room anchored by a plastered fireplace between full-height panels of fluted walnut. The home sold during construction and was featured in the 2026 Spring Parade of Homes, winning Best Floorplan, Best Design, and Best Curb Appeal.

Front view of a large suburban house with a brick and white facade, front steps, and a well-maintained lawn with bushes, framed by tall trees, under an overcast sky.
Living room with beige sofas, a black coffee table, a fireplace with a marble surround, tall wooden paneling, artwork on the walls, and large windows with brick exterior view.
An interior view of a staircase with dark wooden banisters and gray spindles. The staircase curves upward, leading to an upper level. There is wood-paneled wainscoting on the walls, and the flooring is a detailed herringbone pattern in wood. A small seating area with a sofa and window can be seen through an archway in the background.
A cozy living room with large windows showing a green outdoor landscape, a round wooden table with a floral centerpiece, and a curved sofa with cushions.
Front view of a house with three garage doors, brick exterior, three dormer windows on the roof, and a small wooden fence on the right side.
