Set within a rural lakeside landscape, the project required a residence designed around gathering, hosting, and extended family use. The plan takes the form of a broad H-shape, organizing the house around a central pool while framing uninterrupted views toward the lake. Covered patios extend from the rear wings, allowing indoor and outdoor spaces to operate together throughout the day and across seasons. At the center, a vaulted main living space with clerestory windows introduces light and vertical relief, revealing how plan and section work together to elevate a relaxed lakeside home beyond a conventional retreat.
