We move through six phases: discovery, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and often construction administration. Our architects are actively involved at every stage — not just at the design phase.

Design and documentation typically runs 3–6 months depending on scope, complexity, and client decision making speed. Construction follows, and its duration depends on your contractor and the scale of the build. We give realistic timelines from the first conversation — not the optimistic ones that slip. You’ll always know where the project stands.
