Located at a prominent corner in Oklahoma City’s Automobile Alley, the project required a multi-family approach that could carry long-term civic presence in a historically significant district. The building is organized as twenty luxury single-family units within a classically ordered massing, using simple red modular brick detailed with restraint to reference its surrounding context without imitation. This approach establishes a calm, durable street presence while accommodating contemporary living and private outdoor space throughout the project. At the upper levels, rooftop terraces and a defined building crown orient residents toward the downtown skyline, revealing how careful proportion and material discipline can elevate a residential development beyond its immediate program.
