Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Architectural Assistant to join our team. As an Architectural Assistant, you will play a crucial role in various stages of projects, from schematic design to construction documentation. You will work closely with our small team of architects, designers, and consultants to develop luxury residential, multi-family, and boutique commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create preliminary site plans and contribute to schematic level design charrettes.

Research applicable building, zoning, and municipal codes related to a given project

Prepare client presentations using Adobe InDesign

Translate parti-style sketches into Revit with guidance from supervising architect.

Pick up redlines and create construction document drawings with guidance from supervising architect.

Candidate Requirements:

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Adobe InDesign

Strong communication skills (graphic, written, and verbal)

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Previous experience in an architectural firm or related industry is preferred

Strong communication skills (graphic, written, and verbal)
